Trevor was elected to Ripley Town Council in May 2021.
Originally from Denby Village, I moved to Derby in the 1980’s, living and working there until I retired in 2014, when I moved to Ripley.
I became involved in local politics somewhat late in life, having been elected to the Town Council in a by-election in the Elms Ward in May 2021, when I was also elected to Amber Valley Borough Council, serving the Ripley and Marehay Ward.
I became a Councillor because I want to help bring a better quality of life to the people of Ripley.

Personal Interests:
I am a cricket lover at both professional and local level, and watch Denby Cricket Club whenever I can. I also enjoy walking, travel and writing, mainly about pubs and beer for a couple of Campaign for Real Ale publications, and occasionally run events on behalf of CAMRA.
