On Sunday 25th July 2021, over 200 people attended Crossley Park in Ripley to hear the fantastic Pure Steel Band.
The 12 piece band playes an array of songs from James Bond theme tunes, a Michael Jackson medley as well as tunes everyone recognised.
It was the first time the full band had played together in front of an audience since the start of the pandemic.
Musical Director for Pure Steel, Nic Coker said, 'It’s been a long time coming but made my heart sing!'
The Mayor of Ripley, Councillor Roland Emmas-Williams and his Consort, Mrs. Sheila Emmas-Williams enjoyed the music along with family, friends and the local community.
