Ripley Town Council is proud to confirm that it is a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, should be treated fairly and with respect in the communities they live and work in. For Ripley Town Council, this means recognising the valuable contribution made by serving personnel, veterans and reservists, and ensuring that they face no disadvantage when accessing our services or opportunities.
As a council, we will continue to consider the needs of the Armed Forces community in our policies, employment practices and community activities. By being part of the Covenant, we are reinforcing our commitment to inclusion, understanding and support for those who have dedicated themselves to serving our country.
We are proud to honour the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces community here in the Ripley Township.
