Ripley Town Council fund sessions run by local charity, Blend Youth at Greenwich Community Sports Hub on Nottingham Road in Ripley each Wednesday evening. 

 

We provide an exciting programme of FREE activities for young people in the Township. 

 

These sessions are open to all young people aged 11-17 years of age who live in the Ripley Township and the best bit is that they are FREE to attend! 

 

The Youth Hub is the place to meet new friends and take part in fun, indoor activities. 

 

Each week has an interactive, healthy lifestyle programme which focuses on developing skills and knowledge through practical activities such as art, craft, cooking and interactive games including Nintendo Wii and table tennis. 

 

It helps each participant to develop self-esteem, self-confidence, understanding and skills to enable them to understand the importance of leading a healthy life. 

 

The project is staffed by two experienced Youth and Community Workers from the Blend Youth Project team in Ripley. All staff have current Enhanced DBS Checks, are youth work trained have appropriate training in key areas such as Safeguarding, Food Hygiene & Sexual Health. 

 

All equipment is provided. All you need to do is book in, turn up and have a great time!
